We are currently looking for a consultant who can evaluate a “Local Governance Monitoring Initiative” in Mozambique. The programme, implemented by 4 Mozambican NGO’s, consists of the monitoring of the planning, budgeting and execution of actibvities in 9 local governments. Portuguese would be required.
SDC funds the programme.
